What is online coaching?

  • Online coaching is a platform to keep you accountable during your fitness journey.​

  • You will have access to a personalised program based on your goals and training experience through the Coach RX training app.

 

  • We will track lifestyle and nutrition metrics to make sure you are progressing sustainably allowing us insight on a daily basis to adapt training days/ weeks.

 

  • Weekly online check-ins and daily messaging available to support you throughout your journey.
